Your previously created “RenWeb” account is our completely integrated, web-based, school management software program that combines the needs of administration, staff, teachers, parents and students. Your personal “ParentsWeb” account is the “hub” for communication from the classroom to the home within the RenWeb system.
FACTS ONLINE
FACTS provides flexible payment plan options for Strong Rock Christian School families. Through FACTS, families can budget their tuition, making a Strong Rock education more accessible and affordable. The process is simple, convenient, and secure. Every Strong Rock Christian School family is required to create and maintain a FACTS tuition account for processing payments.

The uniform at Strong Rock Christian School is a symbol of excellence. The uniform is a symbol of unity. All students of Strong Rock Christian School wear the uniform, thus, emphasizing a community spirit. Attention to one’s personal appearance is a matter of self-discipline and is expected of all students. Uniforms reduce distractions allowing students to focus on academics.
For the safety and security of the students, faculty, and staff students must be in school uniform while on campus during school hours, and he/she must wear the school uniform properly and in its entirety. The Strong Rock Christian School administrators are the final judges of uniform, jewelry, and/or hair appropriateness or correctness. The decisions they make are final.
Academy/High School students who break the dress code 3 times per semester are subject to disciplinary action. Parents will receive an automated email when a student is given a uniform infraction.
Lands’ End (Preferred School Number: 900170044) Uniforms will be our primary uniform provider, and parents should set up an account for purchases. Uniform items purchased in the iRock Café may also be worn. Additionally, Sunshine uniform items will continue to be permitted. Only uniform items from those three vendors will be acceptable.
Jeans Day Requirements
- Blue Jean color only
- Must be school appropriate length and have no holes, rips or tears.
- Capri Pants optional for girls
- Any closed toe shoes
- No shorts unless they are uniform
Shirts with Jeans Day
- All shirts must have school logo
- Special event t-shirts must be approved by administration ahead of time before wearing.
Player Pack Items
- Polos may be worn on Friday only
- Sweaters, Hoodies, Pullovers, 1⁄4 zips and jackets with school logo may be worn everyday but Tuesday
PE Uniforms
- Designated Land’s End Uniform
- Athletic shorts and Strong Rock T-shirts
- Player pack t-shirts and shorts
Belts are required and boys’ shirttails must be tucked in, unless the shirt is the approved style to be worn out (violators will be sent to the administrative office). Hats or other headwear may not be worn before or during the school day. Only solid white T-shirts may be worn under the uniform shirt. Undershirts must not be visible beneath the uniform shirt. All clothing should fit in a traditional manner. Neither excessively tight nor loose fitting attire will be accepted.
All uniform wear, especially jackets and coats, should be labeled with the student’s name as soon as the item is purchased. Additionally, all books, notebooks, and bags should be labeled.
Teachers will hold the students accountable throughout the day.
At high school chapels, blazers must be worn at all times unless directed by a faculty member. The guy’s ties must be worn and the top button of the collared shirt must be buttoned at all times. Shirts should be tucked in at all times.
Strong Rock is committed to providing students and staff with hearty and nutritious meals each day. Lunch is included in the cost of tuition for students in Kindergarten through High School. Meals are prepared by SAGE Dining and served from 10:45 – 1:15 daily.

The mobile app interfaces with menus, ingredient lists, our comprehensive allergen filter, and our new online ordering system. Students can use their phones to get the information they need, whenever and wherever they need it.

Full-Day Pre-Kindergarten – Fourth Grade School Day: 8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

- PreK, K, & 1st Grade: 8:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
- 4th & 5th Grades: 8:50 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.
- 2nd & 3rd Grades : 9:20 a.m. – 9:50 a.m.
Early Dismissal Wednesdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Morning Tutorials: 7:25 a.m. – 7:55 a.m. (or to be scheduled by individual teachers)
Fifth Grade School Day: 8:00 a.m. – 3:10 p.m.
Afternoon Tutorials: 3:10 p.m. – 3:40 p.m. (or to be scheduled by individual teachers)
Chapels: Tuesdays: 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 or 12:10 p.m. – 12:40 p.m.
Early Dismissal Wednesdays: 8:00 a.m. – 1:55 p.m.
Clubs & Activities (Wednesday after dismissal or during organized lunch periods)

School Day: 8:00 a.m. – 3:10 p.m. (except on Wednesday, dismissal 1:55)
5th and 6th grade students will receive the following elective rotation:
- Technology/Study Skills, Art, Physical Education/Theatre Arts, Latin (9- week rotation)
- Students will choose one elective option for the year including Physical Education, Chorus, Band, and Piano
7th grade students may choose to take Technology and Art (one semester each)
8th grade students will all take Spanish I (for high school credit) and they may choose to take Technology and Art (one semester each).
Students must commit to these courses for the entire year; drop/add will only be allowed during the designated time in the fall semester. Drop/add will not be permitted in January for these courses. Full year elective options are listed on the Course Offerings page.
The purpose of the program is to serve the school and the community population by providing quality educational, vocational, recreational and social programs for all age groups. The safety and security of children during the after school hours is a primary purpose of the program. The After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) strives to enrich the lives of all children who participate in the program.
After School tuition fees fund the cost for operation of the school facilities during the extended hours. The After School Enrichment Program is offered to all students enrolled at SRCS. The program stimulates students’ social, physical, and intellectual abilities through participation with their school peers.

Our Parent Organization is called P3 (Parents Partnering with Patriots) and every SRCS parent/guardian is a member. The organization has a board that meets monthly to discuss events and happenings within the school and coordinates parent/guardian volunteers to support in preparing and managing the events. P3 earns money through the Box Tops Program, Spirit Nights and the sale of Friday Jeans Passes. All money that P3 earns is spent on events, Teacher/Staff appreciation, and gifts to the school. A few of the gifts that P3 earnings have purchased for the school include Keurigs, utility carts, field trip coolers, water bottle filling stations, a large format laminator, and an ice maker for the nurses station.

P3 coordinates volunteers for multiple events throughout the year including Thursday Workroom, the Patriot Cup, Father/Daughter Dance, Mother/Son Event, and Teacher Appreciation Week. In order for the events to be successful, volunteers are needed.
