Uniforms & Dress Code
Girls Dress Code Boys Dress Code Shoe Guide

The uniform at Strong Rock Christian School is a symbol of excellence. The uniform is a symbol of unity. All students of Strong Rock Christian School wear the uniform, thus, emphasizing a community spirit. Attention to one’s personal appearance is a matter of self-discipline and is expected of all students. Uniforms reduce distractions, allowing students to focus on academics.

For the safety and security of the students, faculty, and staff, students must be in school uniform while on campus during school hours, and he/she must wear the school uniform properly and in its entirety. The Strong Rock Christian School administrators are the final judges of uniform, jewelry, and/or hair appropriateness or correctness. The decisions they make are final.

J & R Uniforms will be our primary uniform provider, and parents should set up an account for purchases. Uniform items purchased in the iRock Café may also be worn. Additionally, Sunshine uniform items will continue to be permitted. Only uniform items from those three vendors will be acceptable. The following outlines the uniform and acceptable combination of the items.

Belts are required and boys’ shirttails must be tucked in, unless the shirt is the approved style to be worn out (violators will be sent to the administrative office). Hats or other headwear may not be worn before or during the school day. Only solid white T-shirts should be worn under the uniform shirt. Undershirts must not be visible beneath the uniform shirt. All clothing should fit in a traditional manner. Neither excessively tight nor loose fitting attire will be accepted.

All uniform wear, especially jackets and coats, should be labeled with the student’s name as soon as the item is purchased. Additionally, all books, notebooks, and bags should be labeled.

On Tuesdays, high school blazers must be worn at all times unless directed by a faculty member. The guy’s ties must be worn and the top button of the collared shirt must be buttoned at all times. Shirts should be tucked in at all times.

Pictures of currently approved uniform are included on the buttons at the top of this section. Additionally, previously approved uniform-wear from Sunshine, J&R, or Lands’ End will also be acceptable as indicated on the following tables.

After School Enrichment Program

The purpose of the program is to serve the school and the community population by providing quality educational, vocational, recreational and social programs for all age groups. The safety and security of children during the after school hours is a primary purpose of the program. The After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) strives to enrich the lives of all children who participate in the program.

After School tuition fees fund the cost for operation of the school facilities during the extended hours. The After School Enrichment Program is offered to all students enrolled at SRCS. The program stimulates students’ social, physical, and intellectual abilities through participation with their school peers.

Volunteering Info & Current Opportunities

Our Parent Organization is called P3 (Parents Partnering with Patriots) and every SRCS parent/guardian is a member. The organization has a board that meets monthly to discuss events and happenings within the school and coordinates parent/guardian volunteers to support in preparing and managing the events. P3 earns money through the Box Tops Program, Spirit Nights and the sale of Friday Jeans Passes. All money that P3 earns is spent on events, Teacher/Staff appreciation, and gifts to the school. A few of the gifts that P3 earnings have purchased for the school include Keurigs, utility carts, field trip coolers, water bottle filling stations, a large format laminator, and an ice maker for the nurses station.
