Olivia Tanner and her horse, Smoke, won first place in the 5th division of the "Pee Wee" Class (10 and under) at the National Barrel Racing Association (NBHA) State Championship in Perry, Georgia. This is a great accomplishment since this was her first official competition since she broke her arm during her first qualifying run at the NBHA world competition in June '24.
