FROM COACH MAYER: 

I’ve known her since she was in 8th grade. The first time I saw her I thought, "Man, that girl is tall!" She is goofy, funny, energetic, the life of the party, and has some of the best dance moves on the team. She grew a lot this season in her ability to adjust her attack based on the set and the situation as the play unfolded. She played 6 rotations and was our starting server. She grew as a passer/defender and served tough throughout the entire season. Accomplishments this Season: 2nd on the team in Kills (146), 2nd in Aces (63), and 2nd in Block Solos (29). School Records: 1st in Career Blocks (324), 2nd in Career Kills (409), and 3rd most Kills in 1 season (146). Past Accolades: Earned a starting spot as a RS on Varsity for playoffs as a freshman. She broke the school record for Blocks in 1 season (163) the 2022 season she was the leading Blocker on MaxPreps. She was on the 2020 GHSA 1A Private Region Runner Up team, 2021 GHSA 1A Private Region Champions team, 2021 GHSA Sweet 16 team, 2022 GIAA Elite 8 team, and 2023 GIAA Elite 8 team. 

She also earned a spot-on Coppin State University’s Volleyball team where she will continue her playing career at the D1 level.
