Re-Enrollment

Continuous Enrollment means that once you sign your child’s enrollment contract, your student will remain enrolled at Strong Rock Christian School through graduation—unless you notify us otherwise. Your child’s place is automatically reserved each year, eliminating the need for annual re-enrollment paperwork.

We’re introducing Continuous Enrollment to make life simpler for our families and to strengthen our partnership with you. 

This change: 

• Eliminates repetitive yearly forms and deadlines.
• Guarantees your child’s spot for the following school year.
• Helps the school plan effectively for staffing, class sizes, and resources.
• Reflects our shared commitment and partnership to a long-term Christian education journey.

This year, families will complete their final traditional re-enrollment packet in RenWeb as usual. Included in this packet is the Continuous Enrollment Contract and Financial Agreement, which will go into effect beginning with re-enrollment for the 2027–28 school year.

Once Continuous Enrollment begins, annual re-enrollment paperwork will no longer be required.

Yes. Tuition and fees will continue to be reviewed and set annually. Each January, families will receive a State of the School Update, which will include:

• The tuition schedule for the upcoming school year
• Important dates, including the opt-out deadline if your family’s plans are changing

Yes, but with a simplified structure. Instead of a traditional re-enrollment fee, Strong Rock will now charge an annual registration fee of $250 per student, with a family cap of $750.

If your family plans to withdraw for the upcoming school year, you must complete the online opt-out form by January 31 to avoid the registration fee and any tuition obligation. The opt-out period will run from January 15 through January 31 each year. Following the opt-out period, the registration fee will be billed automatically on February 5.

Families will continue to have opportunities each year to:

• Update contact, emergency, or billing information
• Adjust payment preferences
• Notify the school of any important family or student changes

These updates may be made through the “yellow cards” sent home at the beginning of each year or by contacting the school office at any point in the year.

Financial aid will continue to be reviewed annually. Families applying for financial assistance will follow the same application process and timeline as in previous years. Continuous Enrollment simply ensures your child’s placement remains secure while financial aid decisions are being finalized. 

Yes. New families will sign the Continuous Enrollment Contract and Financial Agreement as part of the admissions process, and their child’s enrollment will automatically renew each year unless the family chooses to opt out.

We understand that circumstances can change. If your family needs to withdraw during the school year, please contact the Admissions or Business Office as soon as possible. Tuition obligations associated with early withdrawal are outlined in your enrollment contract.
